The only pillow with movable bolster
mySheepi is the world's only pillow with an integrated, movable bolster. Our unique pillow concept supports the area around the neck gently and anatomically correct during sleep. This allows the neck muscles around the atlas vertebra to relax and promotes blood circulation in the body. More than 200,000 users in Germany already trust the new, patented sleep concept and are convinced of the high quality of mySheepi.

The problem with poor sleep
Who doesn't know it? The alarm clock rings, everyday life calls: We drag ourselves out of bed with difficulty. Tiredness, lack of energy, neck and back pain and tense shoulders plague us and accompany us through the day.
Motivation, lightness and light-heartedness in the morning are not to be thought of at all. According to recent studies, the majority of Germans regularly suffer from one or more of the above symptoms.
In most cases, this is due to overstressed muscles in the neck area, which can be triggered by everyday movements and holding positions such as sitting at a desk for long periods of time or looking down at the smartphone, among other things. An incorrect sleeping position only increases the downward spiral of pain and stress.
But rescue is at hand! A restful sleep on a pillow designed for you can relieve the strained neck muscles and promote muscle regulation. So you finally wake up relaxed and refreshed - ready to start the day with joy!
Research at the human cybernetic institute in Berlin was dedicated to the aforementioned topic. The findings and observations there were the impetus for the development of the mySheepi pillow concept.
The revolutionary discovery: The sensitive Atlas region
The atlas, our first cervical vertebra, is the central link between the head and the body. It performs two important tasks: It protects the central nervous system and secures the central blood supply to our brain. The atlas is a "floating" vertebra and is not held in place by intervertebral discs like all other vertebrae, but by the outer neck muscles and the inner atlas ring muscles. These muscles ensure the optimal functional position of the atlas. However, if this is overloaded, it can be the cause of many complaints such as neck pain and headaches.

Our anatomy is naturally designed for symmetry
Whether sitting, lying or standing: With anatomically correct posture, the head and spine can always be symmetrically perpendicular, allowing an even distribution of weight on both halves of the body. In our everyday lives, however, we often allow our bodies, and especially our cervical spine, to linger in awkward positions. Sitting at a desk for long periods of time or constantly looking down at the smartphone cause one-sided strain. Lingering for long periods of time in anatomically incorrect holding and lying positions often severely overloads the muscle cords. The atlas ring muscles with the atlas ensure that the central blood supply is kept open and must compensate for the incorrect posture. One-sided overloading of the outer cervical muscles can lead to herniated discs and arthrosis in the subsequent cervical vertebrae.
So all this can have far-reaching consequences.
The wrong pillow causes tension instead of relief
While we are peacefully dreaming, our neck muscles are very active and constantly busy reacting to new lying positions. We turn and twist around 70 times per night. A pillow that supports our anatomy is therefore essential to avoid asymmetrical tension of the cervical spine and especially the atlas ring muscles. The cervical spine, which is already strained during the day, and the cervical spine muscles surrounding it should be relieved during the night in order to regenerate optimally. However, anatomically incorrect positioning of the cervical spine during nighttime sleep can lead to further tension and hardening of the outer cervical spine muscles, which can be the cause of a number of symptoms.
Complaint patterns and the radiation effect
The pure muscle tension in the neck area alone is unpleasant and can be the cause of complaints in this area. The resulting tension can put pressure on the nerve roots emerging from the spine, which then become irritated and irritated. Compression of certain nerves can be the cause of the so-called "falling asleep" of limbs. In the worst case, malfunctions can also be caused in connected organs.
This can lead to a whole range of complaints even in seemingly unexpected places, such as: Migraine, headache, shoulder, neck and back pain, feeling of pressure and tension, dizziness and balance disorders and ringing in the ears up to tinnitus.
Due to the continuous strain, the outer muscles of the cervical spine thicken and harden. This can also compress the lymph vessels, arteries and veins that run through the muscles. Among other things, this can lead to restricted vascular supply and blood circulation, as well as an accumulation of metabolic waste products in the tissues. The muscles harden more and more - a vicious circle develops.
If you suffer from unclear, recurring complaints in the cervical spine area, have them clarified by a specialist in any case.

Can a pillow provide relief?
Only if your body can regenerate at night, you can wake up more rested, healthier and happier. This is exactly what mySheepi was developed for. It helps to gently support the area around your neck and throat at night. This way muscles can relax and blood circulation in the body can be promoted.

Optimal relief due to the patented multi-chamber system
mySheepi was developed from therapeutic application - especially for the cervical spine area and the atlas ring muscles. The mySheepi HOME consists of two components, the head section and the movable bolster, each of which can be filled differently.
In their entirety, the chambers enable a gentle, even distribution of pressure on the sensitive cervical spine area. mySheepi can thus provide a relaxed resting position for the head and optimally support the anatomical conditions.
A special feature is the unique mode of operation with integrated, movable neck roll. If the sleeping position shifts, the cervical spine can "move" freely on the neck roll - optimal support is maintained. A conventional, static neck pillow loses this function as soon as you change your sleeping position.
It offers the perfect balance thanks to active freedom of movement and optimal support! Your mySheepi gently supports the area around your neck and throat while you sleep, helping to keep your cervical spine in an anatomically correct position during the night. This allows the muscles to relax and promotes central blood circulation. For a healthy sleep and an energetic morning.
Suitable for people that sleep on their front, side or their backs
This is quite important, because everyone falls asleep a little differently. At the same time, the biggest sticking point with other pillows, which are not adjustable and often too rigid: By individually adjusting the amount of filling, mySheepi can meet the ergonomic needs of every sleep type. The mobility of the bolster also allows for a gently supportive feeling of the neck area even if the nightly lying position is changed several times - and it doesn't matter in which position the sleeper is.
Depending on personal feeling, each chamber of the mySheepis can be adjusted at any time to the own ergonomic needs of the neck area, so that the muscles are individually supported and can recover better overnight.
